We Help Youth Overcome Obstacles to Prepare for a Better Future
Dreams With No Limits, Inc. exists to help underserved youth in New York pursue an education and prepare for a brighter future. Dreams With No Limits, Inc. (DWNL) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2020. It started with a mission to provide mentorship and guidance to youth in New York, between the ages of 13 and 21. It has now grown and provides support to youth all across the state.
The goal from the beginning was to help underserved youth pursue professional careers, especially in STEM fields, and to help them reach their full potential. Over the past five years, we’ve served a diverse group of young people in the community, helping them achieve their goals and gain exposure to career paths they never thought possible.
Our Mission
Our mission is to offer direct mentorship through a macro-focused approach, advocating for the importance of mentorship programs in underserved communities. We know how closely mentorship is connected to future employment and well-being for youth — that’s why we work with youth as young as 13 to provide individuals with the greatest opportunity for success.
We’re also committed to building financial literacy within our program, something that is often lacking in traditional education. Through this program, we help youth gain the knowledge and skills they need to achieve economic independence and success.

In addition, I established several 501C3 non profit organizations within my community. one of them consist of Dreams With No Limits which was founded in 2020 during Covid. Many children are not exposed to career opportunities and usually go through college trying to figure out a career path. Dreams With No Limits will give students the opportunity to have a mentor and shadow them in the career that they are interested in pursuing. SAT, STEM Programs are just a few of the other academic resources students can participate in.
Saint Albans Jamaica Comets Little League is another non profit organization that was established during the Covid Pandemic in 2020. Both my two sons who are former Little Leaguers and several of their baseball friends initiated and met with me regarding bringing baseball back into the community they felt that children of color in their community were not exposed to playing baseball . It was also becoming too expensive and they were being forced out of the game. My two sons and their baseball peers offer free baseball clinics to children ranging from ages 4 years old to 12 years old.
My favorite special philosophy that I live by is” Action Speaks Louder Than Words”!
Family means everything to me. My children Jaden Smith and Justin Smith and my husband Gregson Smith have been the backbone to most of my dreams and visions. They continue to inspire and motivate me .
I will and continue to advocate for all children and make sure that their voices and talents are seen and heard. I feel that it is my obligation to give back and help others as many people have done for me in my lifetime.. I am passionate and committed to investing in our youth and I continue to enjoy every minute of it.
